Included in your rent you have a keycode entry with 24/7 access to the building. When renting you can expect:

-Multiple members of our support team in the building with you during salon hours;

• 2-3 shop assistants

• salon owners onsite 3-4 days a week

-Multiple supplies and spaces provided and maintained by us:

• towels, capes, aprons

• color bowls, brushes & bottles

• modern salon stations & shampoo areas

• Multiple waiting areas

• 2 fun and well maintained & fully stocked bathrooms

• beverage, coffee & snack bar stocked by CocoLemon

• Ample storage for your personal things

• Large team lounge with couches, lockers, dining tables, team coffee and snacks and a “quiet room”

• Large Retail Boutique & Color Wall**

-Services provided by us

• Warm friendly greeting for every guest who walks in the door including providing your guest with anything they’d like from the bevvy bar and showing them where to make themselves comfy

• Station switch up & set ups in between each of your clients

• Constant cleaning of all shared spaces

• Laundry service

• Dishes

• Inventory management**

• Weekly professional deep clean of the entire salon

• Constant marketing and new client requests

• Education and mentoring provided in house and regularly brought in from brands and independent educators too.
